Villa Kırkpınar is a living space where we have been living for 6 generations, consisting of villas with private gardens on an area of 25 decares with a cafe, swimming pool, fruit trees, swings and free bikes.

Villas are mainly built of wood using environmentally friendly materials. Villas, where daily cleaning service is provided, are designed as your second home in order to give you a holiday in the comfort of a hotel and at home.

Facility is surrounded by a natural living space with a playground, football field, cafes & restaurants, mosque, walking trails and markets in it where you can fulfill your shopping needs.

Duplex villas with wide verandas, each of which can be increased in number of beds, are equipped with an equipped kitchen with all the equipment to meet all your needs, wi-fi, TV, barbecue, fireplace and air conditioning in each room.

Villa Kırkpınar has two swimming pools, one of which is for children, a playground with swings, a cafe, free bikes and free parking.
